Two restaurants - ONE good taste

Das Sterne-Restaurant ist nicht nur kulinarisch ein Genuss, auch das Raumambiente bietet ein besonderes Erlebnis für Besucher.

Profilartige Holzfugen wölben sich vom Sitzbereich zur Decke und bilden ein skulpturartiges Gebilde, das sich die Decke entlang zieht und die weiß verputzte Oberfläche des Raumes durchbricht.

Die elegante Lampenlösung an der Decke taucht diesen Gang in angenehm weiches Licht.

Runde Formen, viel Einsatz von Holzmaterialien und ein offener Holzofen in der Mitte des Raumes verleihen dem Restaurant eine zugleich heimelige und elegante Atmosphäre.

Das Sterne-Restaurant macht nicht nur optisch, sondern auch funktionell viel her. Die mit LIGNO® Akustik 3D Paneelen verkleideten Decken ermöglichen eine ruhige Atmosphäre, auch trotz vielen Gästen.

Die runden Formen, welche im Restaurant-Innenbereich dominieren setzen sich an der Fensterfront fort. Diese zieht sich in einem Halbkreis horizontal um den Essbereich und lässt so viel Licht ins Innere.

Einzelne Sitznischen zusammen mit LIGNO® Akustikverkleidungen ermöglichen den Gästen besondere Privatsphäre bei optimaler Raumakustik.

Ein Zusammenspiel von Holzformen, abgestuften weißen Deckenbereichen, dunklen Farbakzenten und dem Einsatz von weichem Licht sorgen für ein dynamisches Raumambiente.

Auch im Gang zum WC-Bereich führt ein Zusammenspiel aus Holz, Stein und elegantem Licht zu einem dynamischen Raumgefühl.

LIGNO® Akustik 3D Paneele tragen in diesem Restaurant nicht nur zu der dynamischen Raumatmosphäre bei, sondern sorgen auch für eine gute Raumakustik.

Die Syrlin Speisewelt beherbergt gleich zwei Restaurants im Inneren: Das Restaurant Markos, sowie das Bistro Kostbar, durch dezente Raumteiler getrennt.

The new starred restaurant „Syrlins Speisewelt“ in Weingarten, Upper Swabia, offers enjoyment not only for the palate but also for the eyes and ears. Strictly speaking, there are actually two restaurants in one location and with one kitchen: the Markos restaurant and the Kostbar bistro are separated on the 400 m2 area only by a discreet room divider. Differently equipped niches create quiet areas where guests can relax and converse undisturbed while dining thanks to the ceiling clad with LIGNO® Acoustic 3D panels.

Wood type

Various wood species are available for the visible layer. For quality reasons, individual wood species cannot be configured for all profiles; for technical reasons, surface treatments are excluded for some wood species.

Profile

The visible layer is profiled with joints. The code for profiling indicates in millimetres: Element width, strip width (rounded, from/to if applicable) and joint width (rounded) as well as a letter identification for variants, e.g. with chamfered strip edges or with additional height gradation.

Note: Some profiles indirectly cause exclusions for other configuration options.

Structure

The face is subjected to a brushing _gb as standard, which produces a stronger or weaker structure depending on the type of wood and makes the surface less sensitive to scratches. Alternatively, a smooth sanding _gs can be carried out, or on request a bandsaw cut _grimitated.

Treatment

Depending on the type of wood, the optional application of a surface treatment is possible ex works. Individual colour finishes are always sampled for coordination. For elements in individual lengths, colour treatment is limited to max. 5 m length.

If the soffit of the element is to have a good sound-absorbing effect, the penultimate layer is configured as absorber _a50g. Otherwise, this layer is configured as a solid wood layer _a0.
